Provider and Payer Advisory Task Force
The Provider and Payer Advisory Task Force is an advisory group comprised of people with knowledge and demonstrated expertise in health care delivery and financing. Members should have experience in hospital systems, rural health care, pharmaceutical delivery, health insurance or other related fields.
The task force will play a crucial role in shaping and informing the Health Care Affordability Advisory Task Force’s policy recommendations and affordability initiatives.

The Center for Health Care Affordability is seeking applications for the Provider and Payer Advisory Task Force, which will convene in January 2026. This group will bring together health care providers, insurers, and other health care leaders to ensure the Center for Health Care Affordability’s recommendations reflect on-the-ground expertise and real-word implementation considerations.

Meetings
All task force meetings are open for the public and may be attended virtually. Meeting information and materials will be posted prior to each meeting. Questions and comments for the task force may be submitted by email to health.affordability@state.mn.us . Please submit questions or comments at least one week prior to the meeting so they may be shared with task force members in advance.
