Minnesota Center of Excellence in Newcomer Health
The Minnesota Center of Excellence in Newcomer Health promotes communication among newcomer health professionals, disseminates best practices, and completes activities organized into four pillars: surveillance and epidemiology, guidance, clinician training, and newcomer health orientation and education.
International Health and Travel
The International Health Program (IH) supports the health of Minnesotans affected by facets of globalization, including international travel, disease transmission, and migration. IH ensures the equitable wellbeing of Minnesota’s diverse communities through community partnership, health education, and collaboration with local public health agencies and health care systems.
