Your stories about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum matter. The Maternal and Child Health staff at the Minnesota Department of Health want to hear from you about what it is like to have a baby in Minnesota. In partnership with the MN StoryCollective, we want to hear about your pregnancy and postpartum care experiences.

Health care matters, not just what happens, but how it happens.  

We would love to hear:

Who can share a story?  

Anyone who lives in Minnesota can share their story.

What happens with the stories?

These stories will be shared with Maternal and Child Health staff to help guide future programs and activities. By collecting lived experiences, staff can identify gaps, analyze emerging needs, and develop responsive solutions at the state, regional, and local levels. These stories also help illustrate the real-life impact of maternal health policies and services, strengthening our ability to advocate for meaningful improvements. 

Can I share more than one story?  

Yes, you can share as many times as you want.
