Track Attendance for the PHN Residency Program

By completing the PHN Residency Program's monthly activities, residents and preceptors are eligible to receive a certificate of completion.

These activities have been designed to meet the Minnesota Board of Nursing continuing education requirements. However, each nurse is responsible for determining whether each component meets acceptable continuing education hours requirements.

Evaluations for this program are scheduled at 3, 6, and 12 months. After submitting each evaluation, you will receive an email with a certificate of completion to be used for continuing education.
