Equitable Health Care Task Force 
Public Comment

The Equitable Health Care Task Force has developed preliminary recommendations, DRAFT: Equitable Health Care Task Force Recommendations (PDF) for the Commissioner of Health to make the health care system in Minnesota an equitable one. They invite interested persons and organizations to provide feedback on the draft recommendations. The Task Force will consider this feedback as they finalize their recommendations, and summary feedback will be included in the report that accompanies the recommendations to the Commissioner.  

You may submit your comments using this online form, Equitable Health Care Task Force: Public Comment by July 18, 2025. Please consult the draft recommendations when providing comment. 

All comments are public data. If you wish to remain anonymous, do not include personally identifiable information when submitting your comment.

Listening session

MDH will host a virtual listening session on July 15, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for interested persons and organizations to provide feedback on the Equitable Health Care Task Force’s draft recommendations.  

MDH invites and encourages participation by all. ASL interpreters and CART service will be provided. To request a different accommodation, please contact health.equitablehealthcare@state.mn.us by June 27, 2025.
