Service Line Inventory Assistance
The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) provides assistance to Community Public Water Supplies (CPWS) through the Service Line Inventory Technical Assistance program to aid CPWS in achieving compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) and Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI).
MDH is developing a pilot program to pothole service lines for identification in 2026.
MDH is working toward a potholing technical assistance program during the 2027 construction season. Additional details will be posted when available.
Please direct any questions regarding technical assistance to MDH at Health.LSLinventory@state.mn.us
