2025 Legislative Report update

An updated 2025 version of the Minnesota Chemicals of High Concern list and a report with information about the review and revision of the list have been published to the MDH website for Toxic Free Kids. The report can be found on the Reports webpage.

Factsheets in Hmong, Somali and Spanish are available for priority chemicals

The factsheets are in Hmong, Somali and Spanish for the priority chemicals including flame retardants (Hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD), Decabromodiphenyl ether (decaBDE)), phthalates (Butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP), Dibutyl phthalate (DBP), Di (2-ethyhexyl) phthalate (DEHP)) and Bisphenol A (BPA). These documents can be found on the Educational Materials webpage.
