Newborn Screening EHDI dashboard data file (Excel Worksheet)

Data population: infants born in Minnesota during 2019-2023.

Note on data denominators:

  • EHDI 1-month benchmark: infants born in Minnesota, excluding infants who died before hearing screening was completed or who were referred directly to diagnostic testing for medical reasons.
  • EHDI 3-month benchmark: infants who received a refer/did not pass result on their final hearing screen or who were referred directly to diagnostic audiology, excluding infants who died prior to having an audiology exam.
  • EHDI 6-month benchmark: infants diagnosed with permanent hearing loss who were reported as enrolled in Part C Early Intervention services.

For more details about these disorders and informational fact sheets, visit Minnesota Early Hearing Detection and Intervention Program (EHDI).
