Q: What are the indirect rates for the navigator applications?

A: For the Lower Central Minnesota Regional Navigator the indirect rate is 15% or an organization’s federal indirect rate above 15% (documentation required). The indirect rate for the Statewide Labor Trafficking Navigator is locked at 10% due to requirements set by our funder.

Q: My organization is interested in the Labor Trafficking Statewide Navigator role. We currently provide supportive services in the Metro and Central Minnesota but are interested in the larger role. Are we competitive with a proposal to significantly expand current services? Or is preferred to have active services in more areas at the time of applying?

A: Organization must demonstrate need to significantly expand and relate it to your strengths of your current active services. 

Q: For the Regional Navigator budget formatting by years, we'll do one from Feb 1, 2027, to June 30, 2027, then July -June 27-28. 28-29, 29-30, 30-31, and then July 1, 2031, to December 31, 2031?
